Another well researched and enlightening book by Richard E. Simmons, III. This is a different type book for Simmons, whose previous books have been incredibly well received by men looking to strengthen their relationship with the Lord. In Sex at First Sight we are exposed to what is happening on our college campuses and in our high schools regarding the sexuality of students - and how it's affecting our future. There truly is a culture that lives on our campuses where sex has been downgraded to just another act of our day. Simmons explains the devastating circumstances that this way of thinking brings forward and tells us Gods true design for our sexuality. This read, while sometimes tough to take in due to some of the shocking statistics, is an absolute must read for parents who have kids this age. It's a very quick read that will not only open your eyes to what's happening, but also provide the tools to know how to handle your own child's situations. Give a copy to your loved ones and certainly to your Youth Minister!
Richard Simmons has once again written an Excellent book. This is a must read for parents, teachers, and anyone about our culture. Grateful for the research done and the well written book.
Richard's amazing account of the issues with sexual misconduct amongst our youth today is an incredible spiritual guide to solve this epidemic on high school and college campuses. Richard does a tremendous job of pointing out the liabilities of hooking up among young people, and brings you back in the end to the spiritual solution; a loving relationship with God and Jesus Christ. Outstanding read and extremely important message. I have bought two hard copies and will give both of my daughters a copy. This is a very important piece for today's society. Richard, as usual, is right on the mark.
