To speak about Jesus in the Old Testament raises all kinds of questions about His pre-existence. That's really a driving concern.

Today we will discuss the ways in which the Old Testament patterns and figures for us what God will ultimately do in time in Christ. So in that sense we think about the Old Testament creating a sense of anticipation for what will come in time.
