In 2001 he founded The Center for Executive Leadership, a faith-based ministry focused on counseling business executives, teaching and writing. Richard and his wife Holly are the parents of 3 children in their twenties. When Richard isn’t teaching or writing, he enjoys golf, snow skiing, and travel – his favorite being the family’s recent trip to Italy.
